Term of use

Aasquare Academy provides you with access to your online Aasquare Academy Learning Management System (LMS) account. The LMS student and parent accounts will be created a few days before the first session of the courses and account information will be sent to the student and parent emails. Parents can use their accounts to monitor their children’s progress.

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Aasquare Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Aasquare Academy will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Aasquare Academy or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

Students will have access to their course accounts for while they are registered in the program.

You may not use the Aasquare Academy LMS account in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any piece of the website, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other accounts through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through Aasquare Academy.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when you use the Aasqaure Academy online services, you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
• Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.
• Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create a false identity.

If the user does not follow LMS rules, Aasqaure Academy reserves the right to terminate access to the account.

Any links that bring you to a third party are not controlled by Aasqaure Academy. Aasquare Academy is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. Aasquare Academy is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Aasquare Academy.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Absences

No make-up sessions or refund will be offered for a session missed by students.

Cancellation

You may cancel in writing with or without reason at any time. The following terms apply based on the time of the written notice.

All cancellations are final.

Until the regular registration deadline, if the cancellation is requested in writing within 24 hours after the registration, then the cancellation fee is waived.
