Silicon Valley Based
Robotics & AI mentorship for students who want to build the real thing
Aasquare Academy is a selective, outcomes-focused mentorship program for students in grades 4–12. Small cohorts. Real hardware. Real competitions — not another after-school activity.
Max 8
students per cohort
Every student owns real work — no watching from the back row.
Competition track
results, not participation
The goal is an artifact: a winning contest entry, a working project, a robot that scores.
Grades 4–12
Born in Silicon Valley
Led in person by a Silicon Valley engineer with years of mentorship results.
Two tracks. One standard.
Both programs run on the same principle: students do the work that practitioners do, at a pace a serious student can sustain alongside school.
Grades 4–12
Robotics & AI Mentoring
Robotics, AI & computer science foundations — a comprehensive, year-round immersion across mechanical, electrical, computer, and software engineering, with AP Computer Science preparation and training for competitions like USACO, ACSL, MIT Zero Robotics, and NASA Space Apps.
Twice weekly, year-round · Hands-on robotics & AI session (in-person or online) + online competitive-programming session

Object-detection robot car: live demo
A student demos the object-detection robot car he built — an onboard camera and computer-vision model deciding how the car moves. Built at Aasquare Academy in Sunnyvale, CA. Every student in the program builds something that runs live — and presents it to judges, unscripted.

Students leave with work they can point to — competition wins, working projects, and engineering portfolios that stand out.
“A^2 Academy's robotics training program is truly exceptional. The instructors are not just knowledgeable, but genuinely passionate about robotics and teaching. Their enthusiasm is contagious, sparking a love for STEM in their students. One of the program's strengths is the personalized attention each child receives. The instructors take the time to understand each student's learning style and pace, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged. The focus on "learning by doing" is fantastic. With plenty of hands-on experiences, kids get to build and program robots, fostering problem solving and critical thinking skills in a fun and engaging environment. If you're looking for a robotics program that combines passionate instruction, personalized attention, and plenty of hands-on learning, A^2 Academy is the perfect choice!”

“When my son first joined AaSquare, he did not know any programming or have any prior knowledge of circuits. In less than a year, he has come a long way and has developed quite a keen interest in robotics. From day one, AASquare team encouraged him to be creative and think outside the box. Apart from teaching the concepts in detail, they are constantly brainstorming new ways for students to apply their knowledge, pushing them to take on challenging projects and guiding them through the process, without hand holding them in any way. The skills my son is learning here will help him beyond robotics. He has learned how to think critically, solve complex problems, and most importantly, how to learn independently.”

“The AASquare Academy Robotics Training Program has exceeded our wildest expectations. Our 12-year-old son just completed 6 months in this course, and the transformation we've witnessed is nothing short of remarkable. We watched in awe as our kid progressed from building simple machines to programming autonomous robots in just a matter of days… Perhaps the most significant impact has been on our kids' confidence. He's always been interested in science, but this program has shown him that he's capable of turning his ideas into reality… To any parent considering this program: don't hesitate. It's an investment in your child's future that pays dividends in knowledge, skills, and passion.”
