Privacy Policy

A2 Academy (Aasquare Academy, LLC) collects student and parent information for purposes of meaningful two-way communication, research, and marketing. A2 Academy does not sell or share your information to others, except the third-party providers used by us to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

This website (aasquare.academy) is a static informational site with no user accounts and no forms. It does not collect personal information directly, but it does use analytics and advertising technologies that report your visit to third parties — see the services listed below and our Cookie Policy. Information reaches us directly only when you choose to contact us or register through the third-party services described below.

Program registration and LMS (YourFuturePrep). Applying to our programs and using our Learning Management System happens on yourfutureprep.com. During registration, you provide information such as student and parent names, the student’s grade level, and contact details. That information is used to enroll and communicate with your family as described above.

YouTube video embeds (Google). Student project videos on this site are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). No video content loads until you press play; once you play a video, YouTube/Google may set cookies and collect viewing data under the Google Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp contact links (Meta). Some links on this site open a WhatsApp chat with us. If you use them, your communication is handled by WhatsApp under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Website analytics (GoatCounter). We use GoatCounter to measure aggregate site traffic (page views, referral sources, countries). GoatCounter is a privacy-first service: it uses no cookies and does not collect personal information — see the GoatCounter privacy documentation.

Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel). Every page of this site loads the Meta Pixel. It runs automatically when a page opens and reports the visit to Meta Platforms — the page address, the referring page, your IP address, and browser details — along with an event when you click through to our registration pages. Meta uses this to measure and target our advertising, and for its own purposes under the Meta Privacy Policy, whether or not you have a Meta account. Our Cookie Policy explains how to block it.

These providers process information only to deliver their services. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Our programs serve students in grades 4–12, including children under 13. This website has no accounts or forms, so we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The advertising and analytics technologies described above, however, run on every page and report visits to third parties regardless of a visitor’s age; parents who wish to prevent this can block them as described in our Cookie Policy. Student information is provided to us by a parent or guardian during registration, and parent/guardian consent is part of the registration process. A parent or guardian may review, update, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us at the email below.

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete your family’s information, or to stop marketing communication, at any time. Email contact@aasquare.academy.
